5 tips to maintain healthy and fit body
Our lives have become very busy with 9 to 5 jobs and lots of responsibilities, in this busy lives we do not have time to maintain a fit and healthy body. Maintaining a healthy and fit body is very important. We will be Diabetic and face many other health problems by the time we are 30 years old, if we do not maintain healthy body.
Everyone loves to stay fit it makes us attractive and gets us a good first impression which is very important for a good start of anything.
Here are five little steps which doesn’t take much of your time but definitely helps you stay healthy and fit,
1)Walking :-
Be less independent on your cars and motorcycles all the time. Prefer walking over vehicles, when you have chance. Walk to the grocery yourself , take stairs instead of an elevator ,do not sit in one place for very long time, take short breaks and walk now and then. Sitting all the time makes you a couch potato and it is also not good for your heart. Walking makes your heart work properly and reduces the risk of obesity.
2)Water:-
Water keeps your body hydrated. Drinking good amount of water cleans your body and keep you healthy, not drinking enough water leads to many problems like dry skin , feeling tired, having digestive problems, headaches, cholesterol levels increase etc. So it is important to drink enough water and stay hydrated for healthy and fit body. Drink at least 4-5 liters of water a day. Keep a reminder if you don’t remember to drink enough water.

3)Exercise :-
Doing exercise for 15 to 20 minutes everyday in the morning keeps you active all day it also helps you reduce stress, Lower your blood pressure, makes you feel energized for all your day, It is an excellent way to start your day. Exercise will help you stay fit and healthy.

4)Eat healthy food :-
Maintaining a healthy diet is very important for healthy and fit body. Eating junk and fried food, adds bad cholesterol to our body and increases blood pressure, it also increases the amount of fat in our body increasing the chances of diabetes. Maintaining a healthy diet and eating natural food like fruits and vegetables helps you maintain a fit and healthy body.

5)Sports:-
Playing outdoor sports regularly lowers the risk of heart diseases , stroke and diabetes. It also reduces blood pressure , enhances aerobic fitness, helps manage weight and also improve muscular strength and endurance. Playing sport is good for mind body and spirit.
